- All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags.
- Kindly repack the products securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Return the product(s) to the courier partner in its original packing along with the invoice and tag.
- Customer can return a product during the return window, that is within 7 days starting from the day of delivery of product.
- Only damaged or wrong products received are eligible for return.
- Please create an unboxing video and provide photographs to support your return reason.
- All returns are evaluated before being processed. Please note that it usually takes 3-4 working days, once we receive the product.
- Please note that we make packing videos, so unidentified and damaged products are not returned.
REFUNDS
- Refund will be credited to your bank account within 9-10 working days, once the evaluation is done.
- In case of COD returns, if the customer is unable to provide the banking details for refund, we can offer coupon code of the same value, with a validity period, which can be redeemed on our website vaskaa.com.
- As of now, we do not offer exchange services, but the same will be available as soon as possible.
