- In case of cancellation before shipment, we initiate the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request
- In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse
REFUNDS
- Refund will be credited to your bank account within 9-10 working days, once the evaluation is done
- In case of COD returns, if the customer is unable to provide the banking details for refund, we can offer coupon code of the same value, with a validity period, which can be redeemed on our website vaskaa.com
- As of now, we do not offer exchange services, but the same will be available as soon as possible
