- The orders are dispatched the very next working day once they are recorded in our system.
- The expected time taken to deliver the items in your order varies depending on the customer’s location.
- Generally, it may take 2-5 working days.

- The customers will be notified via email communication regarding the orders they place on vaskaa.com.
- All items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price as per Indian Tax Regulations.
- The delivery is free across India. However, this may change any time in future.
- We deliver the products with the help of only widely trusted courier partners in India such as Bluedart, Delhivery, EcomExpress and other similar reputed courier companies.
- If your order has multiple products, you may receive them in a single or multiple shipments.
- In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your order completely, we shall cancel the remaining undelivered part of the order and send an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the undelivered part of the order shall be refunded.
- If you believe that the outer packaging of your order is not in good condition, has been tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept delivery and write to us on contact@vaskaa.com informing you of the same and we shall arrange for refund of your order at the earliest.
- If you have accepted the delivery of your order and then noticed that it is not in good condition, is damaged, defective, incorrect or there is a discrepancy in order delivery, we request you write to us at contact@vaskaa.com and share images of the product and packaging within 2 working days from the date of receipt of delivery SMS or email communication. Your request shall not be accepted if this is not done within the stipulated period mentioned.
- If you claim of non-receipt/non-delivery of your order, we request you to notify us within 2 working days from the date of receipt of delivery SMS or email communication, else we shall construe that your order is delivered to you. Any request raised after the stipulated period will not be accepted.
- In case our courier partner is unable to deliver your order within the stipulated timeframe, the shipment will be returned to us (RTO) and a refund will be processed.
- REFUNDS: For prepaid payments, you shall receive your money in the original mode that was used at the time of purchase. For payments made via cash on delivery mode, we may ask for a bank account. If a customer is not able to provide the same, a voucher, with an expiry date, is issued against the amount which can be redeemed on vaskaa.com.
